Sunday afternoon was a perfect time to stop by Cool Hand Luc's for a cup of freshly brewed locally roasted Fair Trade coffee. The lunch menu looked very good and a couple of their soft tacos really hit the spot. Not your usual tacos, these are totally Vegan, home-made and very delicious. Also tried a sample of their home-made Tamarind Coconut Vegan ice cream....very creamy and also very delicious!
