Good Question from a potential Seller...

When a homeowner is considering selling their home one of the questions that we are asked by a potential Seller is, "When is the best time to sell?" 

We have visitors here during the Fall and throughout the Winter and many are looking for property while they are here.

Families with school age children want to be settled by June or July, so Spring and early Summer are other busy times for home searches.  Other than the few weeks during the winter holiday season and maybe July 4th holiday we have potential Buyers looking for property ALL YEAR ROUND. 

With the exception of some investors most future homeowners buy when they are ready.

So, our answer to a potential Seller is, "The best time to sell is when you are ready!"
