Is the home you like now under contract?

 

If you find a home that you like would you keep looking? This is a mistake buyers make quite often. They find something they like but continue to look "just in case". When the home they liked goes under contract or is sold then everything else is compared to "that perfect house" that is no longer available. Try to remember that if you like a home then other buyers like it too... sometimes you are just lucky to find what you want right away so don't be afraid to make an offer.
